I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, slightly away from the town center but still close enough to easily access the ski lifts. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a tea and coffee maker and a well-stocked mini-bar. The hotel also offered a wide range of facilities, from a beautiful indoor swimming pool and spa center to a game room and children's play area. The entertainment options were endless, providing something for everyone to enjoy.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a variety of treatments such as full body massages, waxing, and facials. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were pristine, and the steam room was relaxing. We also enjoyed the restaurant's special diet menus and the private facilities in our room.

The entertainment was lacking at this hotel. Although there was a leisure/ TV room available, we felt there could have been more on-site activities.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. The location is perfect, close to the slopes and some bars. The underground pool area and sauna were a great experience. It was really cool to see the steam bath and the dragon sculpture. The staff were polite and courteous.

One night we had dinner in the restaurant and it was a complete letdown. Everything tasted bland and lacked seasoning.

The hotel staff is happy, friendly and professional. The location is convenient with ski lifts nearby. The food is plentiful and of good quality. The bar is magnificent and unique, with an open fire and a unicorn stuck in the wall. The rooms are comfortable and have beautiful views. The hotel offers excellent amenities such as a pool, saunas, and a salt cave. The family-friendly atmosphere and activities are a plus.

Our room was cozy and well-equipped, with a modern bathroom and all the necessary amenities. the friendly and attentive staff made sure all our needs were met, from the delicious breakfast to the impeccable service. the wellness center was a definite highlight, complete with saunas, a pool, and even a salt cave. the après-ski scene was lively, with a cozy bar and a fun games room for the kids. a winter wonderland experience not to be missed.

That the wine selection was limited, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and it was a delight. the location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and lifts just a few steps from the hotel. the food was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options every day. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist their guests. the spa facilities were top-notch, with a relaxing atmosphere and a variety of saunas and steam rooms. the outdoor hot tub was a wonderful experience, especially during the snowy evenings. We also enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the bar area, complete with a fireplace and comfortable seating.

The only downside we experienced was the noise level of some guests during the night, which disturbed our sleep. Some of the rooms were also too warm, and we had to ask reception to adjust the temperature.
